Divinity Fudge
Ingredients
2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup water
dash salt
2 egg whites
Method
Stir in cups sugar into 1/2 cup corn syrup, 1/2 cup water,dash salt til dissolved. Boil to medium ball stage (240 degrees)
Slowly pour 1/3 over 2 stiff beaten egg whites, beating constantly.
Cook remaining syrup to very hard ball stage (265 degrees). Beat syrup in candy mixture; continue beating.
When mixture holds its shape when dropped from spoon add 1 tsp vanilla. Drop from tsp onto greased cookie sheet.

Gramma used to make this and I loved it...and nice light fluffy fudge.
