Angle Food cake with Apricot filling

Make an angel food cake (or buy one to keep it simple) Filling 1/4 pint whipping cream 1 small jar strained apricots (baby food) rind of one orange grated very small Outside of cake 1/2 pint whipping cream 2tsp instant coffee 3 tbsps cocoa

Filling Whip cream and stir in apricots and rind. Cut cake into 3 layers and put filling in between Outside of Cake whip cream with coffee and cocoa and cover outside of the cake.

Gramma used to make this cake. It is really quite good and makes for a nice and easy party cake (especially if you buy the cake already made).
