Never Fail Pie Crust

Ingredients

1 lb. tenderflake 5.5 cups flour (approx.) pinch salt 1 egg 1 tbsp vinegar 1 cup cold water

Method

Mix lard flour and salt together til crumbly. Beat egg and add to water and vinegar. Add to flour mixture. Mix until just mixed...do not over mix or crust will be tough
