Piece Makers Shortbread

1 lb butter 1 cup white sugar 3 cups flour

300 keeping white Cream together butter and sugar. Add flour. Work with a little dough at a time. Flour board well and roll lightly not quite 1/4". Use spatula to put on cookie sheet. Bake in slow oven.
