Angel Food Cake with Apricots (Moms recipe)

Angel food cake cut into 2 or three layers 1/4 pint whipped cream plus 1 small jar strained apricots (baby food) and rind of whole orange very finely grated. Ice with: 1/2 pint of whipped cream plus 2 tsp instant coffee plus 3 tbsps cocoa.

Mom used to make this but haven't had it for years. I seem to remember quite liking it.
