Potato Smashers
Ingredients
8 new potatoes (1.5 inches)
1/2 cup water
2 tbsps sun dried tomato and oregano dressing
1/2 cup motz and cheddar mixture
4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
Method
MIcrowave 8 new potatoesand 1/2 cup water on high for 10 min or until tender
Drain, place on work surface and flatten to 1/2 inch thickness
Heat dressing and add potatoes, cook 4 min or until bottoms are golden brown. Turn and top with cheese and bacon.
Cook 2 min or until cheese is melted
