Baked Reuben Dip
Ingredients
1 jar (32 oz) sauerkraut rinsed and well drained
10 oz sliced deli corned beef, chopped
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded swiss chesse
1 cup mayo
1/4 cup Russian salad dressing
1 tsp caraway seeds, optional
rye crackers or bread for dipping
Method
In a large bowl, mix the first six ingredients; stir in caraway seeds. Place in greased 13x9 baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 min or until bubbly
Serve with crackers or bread
