Veal Parmesan Sauce
Ingredients
2 large cans tomatoes - drained
1 medium onion
1 green pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 lge can tomato paste
1 small can tomato paste
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp white sugar
Method
Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend. Put on the stove and let simmer for about 30 minutes.
Notes
Put one can of tomatoes in the blender, add the onion and green pepper and blend. Put the second can in and add the tomato paste and seasonings then add to the first batch. It is too much to put in the blender all at once and you have to mix the wet and dry so the blender will work.
