Pork Tenderloin Marinade
Ingredients
2 lbs pork tenderloin (2 tenderloins)
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp sherry (you can also use wine)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Method
Combine all the ingredients together and rub on the pork. Let stand for approx. 2 hours to marinate turning often.
Cook the meat slowly under the broiler turning often. Put on the lowest rack in the oven and leave the door slightly open.
Notes
This can be made and kept wrapped in the fridge for 1 week or so.
