Basic Belgian Waffles

Ingredients

Makes approx. 20 4 inch waffles so you might want to cut the recipe down...... 4 cups all purpose flour 4 tbsps white sugar 2 tbsps baking powder 1-1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 3-1/2 cups milk 2/3 cup vegetable oil 4 large eggs

Method

Place ingredients in a large mixing bowl and combine until well blended and smooth. Let the batter sit for 5 minutes before using.

Notes

Wonderful either for breakfast just with maple syrup or for dessert with ice cream, cream, chocolate sauce, maple syrup and fruit. You can pretty much put anything you want on them.
