Blue Cheese and Pear Tartlets
Ingredients
3 oz blue cheese, crumbled
3/4 ripe pear - peeled and chopped
1 tbsp + 1-2/4 tsp light cream
ground pepper to taste
3/4 package mini phyllo tart shells
Method
1. prebake phyllo shells according to package directions. Set aside to cool.
2. Mix together blue cheese, pear, and cream. Season to taste with pepper. Spoon mixture into cooled shells.
3. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
Notes
A very nice appetizer.....I have made these a couple of times and everyone has liked them.
