Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients

1 egg 3/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup vinegar 1 tbsp sugar dash worcheshire sauce parmesan cheese lots to taste garlic....lots to taste

Method

Place egg in blender....blend until frothy. Add vinegar and blend. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while blender is running til sauce is thick and creamy. Add sugar, worcheshire and 1/2 parmesan cheese and garlic. Blend. Pour over romaine, put in croutons, sprinkle with parmesan. Serve right away.
