1 cup grated carrots 2 eggs 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup crushed pineapple 1 tsp vanilla 3/4 cup white sugar 1-1/2 cups flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt
