Cream and Mustard Sauce for Scallops
Ingredients
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
2 tbsps red wine vinegar
1 cup cream
1 tbsp dijon mustard
salt to flavor
Method
melt butter and add onion. Saute til tender. Add vinegar and boil until evaporate to 1/2
Add the cream, dijon and salt..heat and pour over scallops...
Notes
A very nice sauce...could probably be used for other seafood.
