Cream Pineapple Squares
Ingredients
Crust
2 cups graham crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
Middle:
1/2 cup soft butter
1.5 cups icing sugar
2 eggs
1 large tin crushed pineapple drained
pint whipping cream
.5 cup graham crumbs for topping
Method
Mix graham crumbs with butter and press into bottom of 9x13 pan. Cook for 15 min in 325 oven. Cool.
Middle: Mix all ingredients together until smooth and light. Spread over cooled crust.
Beat cream and mix in drained pineapple. Place on top.
Sprinkle remaining graham crumbs on top.
Place in fridge.
