Four Decker Mocha Dessert
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 8 oz pkg softened cream cheese
1 cup sifted icing sugar
2 4 oz containers frozen whipped topping thawed
1 4 serving pkg instant chocolate pudding mix
1 4 serving pkg insant butterscotch pudding mix
1/4 cup Tia Maria
2-3/4 cups milk
1/2 cup chopped pecans for top
Method
9x13 pan
In mixing bowl cut butter into flour until crumbly. Stir in pecans. Press evenly over bottom of pan. Bake 350 for 20min. Cool
In small bowl beatcream cheese on low til fluffy. Beat in sugar and 1 small container thawed whipped topping. Spread over crust. Chill or freeze.
In large bowl combine both puddings, milk and Tia Maria. Beat with mixer for 2 minutes. Spread over cream cheese layer. Chill or freeze til firm, several hours or over night. Top with remaining topping and pecans.
When time to serve let stand 10-15 minutes out of freezer.
Notes
This dessert has also been called "Sex in a Pan" You can take it out and eat some and put it back in the freezer to eat later.
