Granny Cake

1.5 cups white sugar

2 eggs

2 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

1 lge can crushed pineapple and juice

Topping

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup margarine

1/2 of a 6 oz can regular carnation milk (not 2%)

1 tsp vanilla

Blend all cake ingredients together .  Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.  Sprinkle with 1/2 cup brown sugar on top.  Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes

For the topping mix all the ingredients together and boil for 10 minutes.  Poke holes in the ccake and pour on top of warm cake.
