Italian Herb Muffins

Ingredients

2 cups all purpose flour 2 tbsps grated parmesan cheese 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp italian seasoning 3 tsps baking powder 1 tsp salt 1 egg 3/4 cup milk 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup softened butter 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Method

IN a bowl, combine the flour, parmesan, sugar, italian seasoning, baking powder and salt. In another bowl whisky the egg, milk and oil; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups three fourths full. Bake at 400 for 15-20 min or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 min before removing. In a small bowl, combine the butter and garlic powder. Servie with the warm muffins. Makes 10 muffins

Notes

I haven't tried these yet but I think they would be great with spaghetti or anything else you would eat garlic bread with.
