Marshmallow Guck

Ingredients

30 coloured marshmallows 2 cups graham crumbs 1/2 cup marachino cherries 15 oz eagle brand (1-1/2 cans approx) 1 tsp vanilla 2-1/2 cups sweetened coconut

Method

Mix together all the ingredients except for the coconut. Make sure it is well mixed. Drop and roll in coconut.

Notes

I use the miniature marshmallows. Take approx. 3/4 of a bag. I usually add more cherries just because I like them. Instead of ending up with 1/2 can of eagle brand left over you can either add extra of everything else and use 2 cans or cut back on things and just use one can. Don't put all the graham crumbs in at once, add them after you put in the eagle brand and go by texture if you are just going to use one can. I also don't drop them and roll them in the coconut. I use a pan. I put half the coconut on the bottom of the pan and press the guck into the pan and then press the rest of the coconut on top. Just cut it into pieces and roll the raw edges in the coconut left behind in the pan.
