Peanut Butter Balls
Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup chopped glace cherries
2 tbsp butter
1/2 to 1 cup chopped pecan
Milk chocolate bars
Method
Mix the peanut butter and butter together. Add in the icing sugar and mix well. Add in the cherries and nuts. Roll into balls. Chill and dip in melted milk chocolate. Cool on wax paper.
Notes
For the milk chocolate you can either use plain milk chocolate bars or you can use the milk chocolate chips. I usually put the dough in the fridge for about 1/2 an hour before I roll it into balls to firm up the dough. Once I roll the balls I freeze them before I dip them in chocolate. I use 2 spoons to dip the balls with.
