Sour Cream Coffee Cake

1 cup sour cream 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup butter 1 cup white sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1-3/4 cups flour 2 tsp baking powder Topping 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup chopped nuts 2 tbsp cinnamon

350 for 45-50 minutes 9x9 pan Stir together sour cream and baking soda and let sit in bowl until double in bulk Cream together the sugar and butter Add the eggs and vanilla. Sift theflower and baking powder together. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream to creamed mix and beat til smooth Place 1/2 batter in pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 topping, add remaining batter and topping
