Sourdough Cookies

2 eggs 1 cup sour cream 4 cups flour 1 cup margarine 1-1/2 cup white sugar 2 tsp baking soda

350 10 minutes Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and beat well. Add dry ingredients. You can either roll these cookies out and cut into shapes or drop onto sheet

These are the cookies that we always made at the manor for Valentines day or St. Patricks day. You can make a simple icing to go on them, or between them if you want. I also made them for your class Halloween parties.
